Mohamed is the the founder and owner of Mentis. He holds a Master Degree in Theoretical Physics and PhD in Physics applied to Artificial Intelligence from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). He has over than 15 years of experience in R&D and Business Development. After spending more than 6 years of Research in Artificial Intelligence inside IRIDIA (the Artificial Intelligence laboratory of ULB) he joined Mars Incorporated. He participated in developing efficient ways of analysing large databases of media-data. In 2005 Mohamed founded Mentis as a spin-off of the AI department of ULB.
Sophie holds a doctorate in cognitive sciences. At Mentis, She leverages her scientific skills in service of business strategy and has an international reputation for her research in neuroscience and behavioral sciences. Sophie’s work has helped create new product lines, claims, a scientific communication strategy. Prior to joining Mentis in 2021, Sophie worked at the European Commission on the themes of public health and pharmacological monitoring. There she collaborated with the Joint Research Center on issues of technological progress, AI and the ethics of technological innovation.
Salim has a proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams, enabling them to achieve exceptional outcomes. He brings extensive expertise in Insights Analytics and is passionate about leveraging data to drive actionable insights. Salim works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
Christina is an experienced software engineer with expertise in software architecture, problem-solving, and data engineering. She holds Master's degrees in applied mathematics and mathematical modelling which enable her to design and implement complex systems to solve real-world problems for clients. Christina is particularly interested in the potential of AI software to revolutionise the way we interact with technology. She enjoys exploring cutting-edge algorithms and techniques to create intelligent software that can learn from data and adapt to changing circumstances.
